The two synchronised dipping arms simulate precisely the action of human arms to produce dough that is just as if you had made it yourself.

The arms are driven by helical gears in an oil bath that rotate clockwise which helps oxygenate the product by limiting its heating and facilitating the regular distribution of suspended ingredients.

The machine is equipped with wheels for easy movement .
