The KALI rounder is capable of rounding dough portions ranging from 20g to 800g without requiring any adjustment or the replacement of any parts.

It is designed for use with various different types of dough and the innovative cooling technology, whereby the pressure in the motor housing is reduced, helps to keep the dough portions being processed at room temperature.

The P40EL dough divider is designed to produce dough portions continuously without altering the leavening process in any way. Simply and quickly changing the extrusion cone and/or the type of feeler enables the user to obtain different sized dough balls ranging from 20 to 800g at an hourly production rate.

The versatility enables the user to process very different types of dough, from firm through to sticky and even gluten-free dough.

The dough rounder machine will accurately portions the dough mix into pieces and the rounder machine then rolls it into a tight ball through the use of a timer or a feeler pin.
