Cater-Bake announce new Area Sales Manager

Cater-Bake are pleased to announce that we have a new Area Sales Manager!

Scott Robson, who has been at Cater-Bake for five years, will now take on the role of building relationships with both existing and new customers from up and down the country as well as in Scotland and Wales, helping to drive sales and providing product demonstrations on site and in our new demonstration space Cater Base at head office.

Along with this, Scott’s role will also involve developing our company knowledge on the brands we promote such as Zanolli and Fimar, in which Cater-Bake are the sole UK distributor to stock equipment from both Italian manufacturers as well as our own brands such as Kingfisher and Kebab King.

Joining Cater-Bake back in 2014 after finishing sixth form, Scott firstly got a job in our warehouse driving our vans delivering stock to customers where his knowledge on our equipment and machinery quickly expanded.

After working in the warehouse for three years, Scott briefly worked within the service department before moving into sales and was then given this opportunity due to his vast knowledge and working relationships with our customers.

Steven Lilley, Head of UK Sales at Cater-Bake, said: “We are all thrilled for Scott on his new position, as he has always shown dedication and enthusiasm right from the start when he first joined us working in our warehouse.

“Scott’s career with Cater-Bake is the perfect example of the opportunities we provide for employees to grow and develop with us which we actively encourage. Having worked within several departments, Scott was then able to decide what he wanted to focus on with his career path which was the sales side, and has now worked his way up into a area manager role, which shows that anyone wanting to pursue a career within the industry can do the same at Cater-Bake.”

From the team at Cater-Bake, a big well done to Scott! To contact him on any sales related matters, email or alternatively call us on 0151 548 5818.
