Our visions and values for the future

As a leading catering equipment supplier for over 25 years, Cater-Bake have now unveiled their new ‘visions and values’ as part of their ongoing commitment to delivering a premium service.

Established in 1992, CaterBake began as a family business and have thrived on maintaining their traditional values regarding customer service throughout the company’s growth and expansion, ensuring that they always go that extra mile to make a customer feel valued.

In recognition of this commitment and as away to continually build on their service and success, Cater-Bakes Managing Director, Mark Hutchings, and National Sales Manager, Steven Lilley, have devised five new visions and values.

These focus on who Cater-Bake are as a business, their key focuses and what they can provide for their customers. The new visions and values are as follows:

Steven Lilley, Head of Sales at CaterBake, said: “The new visions and values really summarise what we do and put across what we believe in as a business. Our focus is on our customers and the service we are providing for them, and we want our customers to know that they are purchasing products from a genuine and respected company.

“It is also important for us to be able to develop a good relationship with new customers, as we want to give them a good reason to continue buying from us. Working in the catering industry can get quite stressful at times, so we want customers and business partners to know that we can take care of their needs and requirements quickly and efficiently.”
